Eursap’s Tip of the Week: Using the GOS button to add favourites – recall specific documents immediately

It is useful sometimes in SAP to be able to recall specific documents immediately, without having to remember the number.

This can be achieved for screens where you have the Generic Object Services button activated.

For example, I would like to add sales order number 399 from transaction VA03 into my favourite objects.

To do this, when in the transaction, drop down the GOS button and follow “My Objects>Add to My Objects” as below:

You will then see the following message:

Then whenever you want to retrieve that sales order in SAP, from your menu options, select “System>My Objects>Edit Objects” as below.

You are then shown your favourite objects in a list where you can select and navigate to them immediately:
