SAP SF / HRIS Architect


HRIS & Payroll Systems Solution Architect (SAP SuccessFactors) – English Speaking – Antwerp, Belgium. Start: 7th August 2017 – 18 Month Contract.

Our client is looking for a Senior Solution Architect to work on an international payroll project. Integrating state-of-the-art HR- and payroll systems is key to the solution, SAP SuccessFactors is the main HRIS system involved.

Tasks
The Solution Architect has the overall accountability for the technical and functional implementation of the project. Applying best practices, country specific knowledge, and technical know-how the Solution Architect will ensure that the solution fits the client’s requirements and specifications.
In order to deliver this you will need to excel in:
Solution Design –
* Define and document the overall architecture of the solution, make the correct balance between business, technical and functional requirements and constraints, as well as the compatibility with different application components;
* Provide the Program/Project Manager with an overview of feasibility, viability and overall risk of the solution to be put in place;
* Follow up the whole project cycle to ensure the solution meets the architectural requirements, standards and guidelines as established by the design documents;
* Validate final solution implemented at the client;
* Support in the delivery of discovery workshops to clients and the completion of required documentation;
* Provide subject matter expertise to all technical and functional resources assigned in the project.

Data Migration –
* Organise and support the data mapping with client and global and country teams;
* Ensure the client fulfil their responsibilities in term of data management, in particular with their data cleansing and data transformation;
* With payroll lead, pro-actively anticipate project data issues and identify gaps in data that require enhancements;
* Evaluate impact of decision on data for the project and post go live BAU and optimise processes;
* Obtain sign off on data migration deliverables from key stakeholders;
* Assist in cut-over planning;
* Share experience, provide tips and suggest improvements.

Integrations –
* Define and document the different integrations put in place as part of the project in line with defined standards, make the correct balance between business, technical and functional requirements and constraints, as well as the compatibility with different application components. Provide highest
level of quality assurance, ensuring that everything is delivered according to established procedures and standards;
* Validate final solution implemented at the client;
* Support in the delivery of solution workshops to clients and the completion of required documentation.

Test Lead –
* Organise and support the execution of unit testing, system and integration testing with relevant stakeholders ( client, partners and internal teams);
* Provide highest level of quality assurance, ensuring that everything is delivered according to established procedures and standards;
* Ensure the client fulfil their responsibilities in executing relevant scenarios on their internal environments;
* Pro-actively maintain an action tracker to ensure the issues are resolved before payroll parallel run testing;
* Evaluate impact of decision on eventual workarounds for the project and post go live BAU and optimise processes;
* Obtain sign off on testing deliverables from key stakeholders;
* Track activities in the local testing plan and respect timelines;
* Assist in cut-over planning;
* Pro-actively communicates and reports status to the Program Manager and project team members e.g. Status Reports, progress and next activities;
*& Share experience, provide tips and suggest improvements.

Profile
* You have Experience in HR- and/ or Payroll delivery or Services for at least 8 years
* You are able to Influence clients, global and local teams
* You have experience with SuccessFactors, Workday, Dayforce or similar platforms.

Some travel across Northern Europe will be expected with possibility to work from the Home Office part-time.
