Our end-client based in Bern, Switzerland, has a fantastic permanent job vacancy for a German speaking SAP Change & Release Manager to join their in-house team.

Your field of activity:
In the newly created position, you will be responsible for setting up and operating technical change management in the SAP system environments ERP (S/4HANA), MDG, Ariba and Reporting (BW). We are on the transformation path towards SAP S/4HANA and the associated harmonization of processes. They are laying the foundation for the development and professionalization of change management in the specialist area and are working closely with the SAP S/4HANA implementation program. You organize the regular integration tests on the business side and always keep track of the applications, technologies and interfaces. You act at the interface between the specialist area and information technology. You will coordinate changes, prioritize them and coordinate them with the various stakeholders. In release planning, you pull the strings together with process managers, project managers and IT. You assess the bundled releases with regard to their implementation risks and feasibility and accompany them during implementation, testing and introduction. Where necessary, you will provide proactive support in the area of testing.

In the team, you will take on further tasks to support cross-cutting topics, for example in master data management. The company offers flexible working hours and options to work remotely from home up to 20%.

Your profile:
You have at least three years of experience in change, release or requirements management. It would be a plus if you already have some knowledge of SAP Transportation and SAP Solution Manager, but this is not essential. You can draw on several years of experience in supporting SAP modules. In addition, you have further training or corresponding experience in project management. Communication is your strength and you like to network with different stakeholders. You are an analytical, resilient personality with a quick grasp and strong solution orientation that thinks beyond organizational boundaries. Planning and organizing is easy for you. We assume a high level of social competence and independent action.

Required Skills & Experience:
* Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Change / Release Management
* Good project management skills

Nice to have:
* Nice to have experience with SAP Solution Manager and Transportation Management

* Must be proficient in German minimum B2 level
* Must also be proficient in English minimum B2 level

Salary & Benefits:
* The salary range on offer is CHF 115,000 – CHF 125,000 gross per annum
