SAP HCM Consultant – German Speaking, Austria (40%-60% Remote Work Possible).  Start Date: Flexible 1st November 2021 Onwards. Permanent Role. Salary indication: € 70K – € 90K per annum + benefits. End Client!  Job ID: 11432

Our reputable international client with presence in over 40+ countries, has an opening in it’s SAP team for an SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) Consultant based out of either one of their locations in Austria – You can choose to work from their offices in either Salzburg, Vienna or Wernberg. The client also offers between 40-60% remote work from home office.

The position offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in a huge S/4HANA transition project from scratch and work with state-of-the-art technologies on innovative digital solutions.  Our client has strong ethos on personal development and you will have the opportunity to learn, grow and progress within this global award winning organisation!

Skills / Experience Needed:
*Demonstrable commercial experience in SAP HCM and passion for HCM processes
*Good knowledge in SAP HCM submodules: Personnel Administration and Organisational Management.
*”Hands on” mentality, above-average degree of independence, commitment and well-founded quality awareness
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills as well as willingness for personal development (lack of knowledge is supplemented by appropriate training measures)

Main duties and tasks within the role:
*Advise and work in close cooperation with HR and HR development departments
*Participation in international HCM projects from the creation of requirements to going live and handover to operation
*3rd level support for the products in the area of responsibility
*Analysis, further development and optimization of the existing personnel systems (mainly SAP HCM, but also SuccessFactors – recruiting, e-learning, etc.) – on the job training on will be given on SuccessFactors.

*German – C1 Level (minimum)

Remote work:
*During Covid-19 – 100% remote work is possible (except for the onboarding process)
*After Covid-19 – 40% – 60% remote work is possible
