SAP HCM Payroll Consultant (DE) – German Speaking – 100% Remote Work (working from home). Start Date: 25th October 2021. 10 month+ contract role
Our large client in Germany is looking to hire an SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) / PY (Payroll) Consultant, with German Payroll experience to join them on a 100% remote assignment.
The client has begun a major project that will roll on to the ADP Globalview & Kronos time platform with a global footprint.
The client needs extra support to be able to deliver on this German implementation for 2 entities.
The role is to provide business and system analyst/process managers to help perform detailed requirements analysis and document processes.
The German legal entities Payroll system are in SAP, 2 different versions – 1 on a pure SAP system and one on G- SAP version.
There is no need for a payroll processor (client needs to keep the processing on internal resources) but for an expert on these two systems and on Germany Payroll. Our client would need someone to help act as SME with good SAP knowledge, understanding the systems, the configuration done, what they have in common, transform that into requirements for the ADP implementation and be able to extract data needed.
The person would be responsible for:
* Look at current system set-up, identify synergies on how to improve/align and transition to GV
* Work on requirements gathering for the GV set-up.
* Act as SME and Project Manager.
* German PY knowledge
* German speaker + English
* Experience with SAP systems
* Knowledgeable on GlobalView Platform and implementation process
* Knowledgeable about global time (local time solution TBC)
