Our client based in Bologna, Italy has an exciting opportunity for an SAP Sales Executive to join their company. Working as a Software Sales Specialist selling SAP branded solutions you will be responsible for software license sales regarding predefined customer segments and their corresponding sales targets. Your role involves all sales-related processes that are connected to selling the solutions. Our client is open to receiving applications from candidates of all levels of experience from juniors with 1+ years of SAP sales experience to Seniors with 8+ years of SAP sales experience. Required Skills and Experience:

• Must have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in selling software licences / services
• Knowledge of SAP ERP is an advantage
• Experience in at least one of the following sectors: consumer goods, retail, high-tech or pharmaceuticals
• Experience in contract negotiations, from creating offers through to contract conclusion
• Strong reasoning/negotiating skills and a confident manner even in the most critical situations
• Quick to grasp new concepts, demonstrating a distinct aptitude for learning
• Willingness to travel on average 4 days per week anywhere in Italy.

Languages:

• Must be fluent in both Italian & English

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyzing specific customer requirements
• Developing leads and processing the sales pipeline
• Qualifying leads among customers/interested parties
• Generating new opportunities by driving new accounts proactively
• Managing relevant partners efficiently
• Sales-related cooperation with SAP and with partners
• Managing potential leads and bids for assigned accounts professionally
• Negotiating complex contractual arrangements
• Customer presentations and demos
