Our client in Utrecht, The Netherlands is looking for an SAP CRM (On Premise) Consultant to work in a team that is responsible for development, management and maintenance of service-oriented processes
Requirements
* 3 years of SAP CRM experience
* Agile experience preferred
* Experience with WebUI, IC Webclient nice to have
* Dutch language skills
Responsibilities
* Ensure maintenance of SAP CRM.
* Handling incidents and user questions
* Monitoring the SLAs for the team.
* Resolve problems, use and functionality and identify common issues.
