Our client in Muscat, Oman, is offering an amazing opportunity to work as an SAP SuccessFactors EC (Employee Central) and HCM (Human Capital Management) Consultant to support their client’s environment and roll-out to several other companies in the group.

Skills & experience needed:
* A minimum of 3 years experience in total working as a SuccessFactors Consultant with Employee Central (including Time Management) with a background in SAP HCM Consultant, with several full lifecycle projects implemented
* A good, client facing professional and clear communicator in English
Key tasks include:
* Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central / Time Management (knowledge of additional SuccessFactors modules welcome)
* Collaborate with HR business partners, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
* Customize SAP SuccessFactors EC functionalities to align with the organization’s HR policies, processes, and requirements.
* Configure workflows, forms, and templates to support various HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
* Provide system administration, monitoring and enhancement of SAP Solutions and associated applications.
