Our well-known global manufacturing client, in the UK, is looking to hire an SAP CS (Customer Service) / PM (Plant Maintenance) Lead Consultant to take a lead in working between the business and SI partner for their global, greenfield S/4HANA implementation.
The CS has a large warranty and service element as well as the digitization of supply chain with a focus on our Plant Maintenance.
Experience Needed:
* Hands-on SAP configuration expertise of SAP CS and/or SAP PM, especially in the Service, Warranty, Sales areas.
* Working experience and confidence in troubleshooting and debugging of SAP design, configuration, workbench objects
* Experience with development work on eCommerce front end to SAP CS module is desirable.
* Experience with S/4HANA is nice to have (but not mandatory)
The role involves:
* Understanding the data requirements for legacy to SAP migration
* Extracting the required data from source locations and compile and validate for final evaluation
* Leading the deployment, production support and business operations support
* Preparing and providing SAP solution demonstrations to the team, business partners and leadership, including end user support.
* Developing innovative and reliable insights through use of descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analytical techniques.
* Providing excellent customer service to all business partners.
