SAP HCM Consultant – English Speaking. 80% Remote Work / 20% onsite work in Timisoara, Romania. Flexible Start Date Between  January – February 2023. Salary: RON 130,000 Gross per Annum + 6% Bonus + Good Benefits. END-CLIENT!

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

As Global HR Systems Specialist you are focusing on operational support, continuous development and participating in global projects implementation with special focus on SAP HCM and other systems within HR area. With your contributions and ideas, you will also strongly shape the HR transformation.
Close cooperation with the project managers/ process owners throughout the entire Project Rollout and Continuous Improvement for already implemented modules

  • Community Management targeting various stakeholders
  • Actively participate in the implementation of various activities and projects (Release Management, Change Management, etc.)
  • Ensure support in all HR operational activities (incident management, standard and ad-hoc reporting, user authorization etc.)
  • Define test scenarios, coordinate testing activities, perform testing for the Global Processes
  • Maintain open communication with various Stakeholders – Process Owners, Service Owners, etc.
  • Ownership of various work packages – training concept & delivery, testing, etc.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve processes via knowledge management & training concept across digital solutions
  • Continuous Improvement of the system related activities (e.g. Release Management, Demand Management)
  • Manage tasks & processes within a complex organization and ability to handle various stakeholders
  • Consult and coach internal customers to enable them to perform their processes within system
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to manage content in an efficient, transparent, and structured manner with focus on user experience
  • Monitor the data transfer within the HRIS landscape and ensure the data quality by applying correcting measures (error processing, interface enhancement etc.)
  • Build up system quality assurance and define KPI together with CoE
  • SAP SuccessFactors (SF) Employee Central (EC) roll-out, SAP SF-EC functional support for the existing scope, operational support for SAP HCM system

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Must have experience with SAP HCM On-Premise system
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience with SAP HCM-PA (Personnel Administration) and SAP HCM-OM (Organisational Management)
  • Notable experience in project execution under high pressure
  • Very good communication skills and high commitment to work and ability for teamwork
  • Willingness to learn and overcome challenges in a dynamic environment
  • Confidence in dealing with people (by phone, virtually)


  • Must be fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)


  • The salary on offer is up to RON 130,000 gross per annum.  There are 13 monthly payments.
  • On top of the base salary, the company offers 6% bonus.
