Our end client in Madrid, Spain is looking for an SAP Business ByDesign Consultant to join their leading manufacturing business to further automate processes and create solutions that increase employee productivity, reduce costs and increase overall quality.
Requirements
* Proven SAP Business ByDesign experience
* Good communication and dialogue skills with internal users and suppliers.
* Fluent Spanish
* B2 English
Responsibilities
* Configure and customise.
* Manage user incidents and requests.
* Build solutions tailored to specific developments.
* Perform maintenance and optimization via updates, patching and performance improvement.
* Participate in process improvement projects to resolve technical and functional issues.
* Identify data errors or performance issues.
* Prepare technical, functional and operating procedures documentation.
* Participate in data analysis, design and modelling for the creation of dashboards and reports.
* Writing processes and user documentation.
* Provide training & support to end users.
