Our end client in the City of London is looking for a Change Management Lead in either Finance, Digital Transformation or SAP to join their Finance Centre of Excellence (CoE), which is part of the Group FP&A team.
The Finance Centre of Excellence (CoE) was established maximise the value that they gain from their investment in SAP, and to develop new Data Science capabilities that help unlock the value in their data and has a distinct set of specialist roles to support delivery across the function.
The CoE comprises three core delivery teams: Reporting, Planning and Data Science. The Reporting and Planning teams lead the design, delivery and support of standardised templates, models and dashboards to enable best in class financial reporting and planning. The Data Science team connects Finance with operational data and analytical capabilities to enable greater access to insight and automation of manual processes.
In addition to the three delivery teams, the CoE has a distinct set of specialist roles to support delivery across the function. These are a PMO, a Change Management Lead, a Communications Lead and a Finance Lead.
This role is the Change Management lead, and the focus of the role is to own and deliver a Change Plan for the CoE that effectively aligns and manages multiple technical delivery streams into our end user stakeholder groups, ensuring readiness for, and adoption of, the new capabilities that are delivered.
Requirements
- Change management experience supporting either Finance or Digital transformation in a large organisation
- Brilliant stakeholder management & engagement skills

Responsibilities
- Sets the principles, processes and standards for effective change management
- Owns and creates the CoE Change Plan, to align and manage multiple technical deliveries into our end user stakeholder groups
- Builds and maintains strong stakeholder relationships both internally and externally to support change delivery objectives
- Works closely with CoE functional leads to understand change requirements to support technical delivery
- Inputs to the technical delivery roadmap, representing the voice of our end user stakeholders, to ensure customer-centricity in our delivery planning
- Assesses change readiness of stakeholder groups and works with them to ensure delivery to plan
- Delivers new product adoption activity and initiatives, supported by the CoE Communications lead.
- Produces and publishes change documentation and materials to ensure clarity among stakeholder groups
- Provides regular reports on progress and issues to the CoE PMO, and works with the CoE functional leads to flag and resolve any identified issues
- Collects and reviews feedback on change effectiveness to continually refine the Change Plan and approach
- Manages CoE change requests through the change Control Board and Digital Front Door processes

REMOTE WORKING:
- This is a hybrid job. You can work up to a maximum of 2 days remotely per week. You must be in the office 3 days per week.
