Program / Portfolio Management Office (PMO) – English Speaking – 100% Remote Working (for EU applicants only). Start Date: 5th August 2024 Onwards. 8-10 month contract role – End Client!
Our famous brand client in Europe is looking to hire a Program Management Office / Portfolio Management Office (PMO, PgMO, PfMO) as part of their core team in supporting the Business Applications IT Project Managers and stakeholders in driving delivery and improvements.
The environment is made up of SAP S/4HANA (including SAP HCM and BI) and various connected systems such as Salesforce, Middleware, After Sales software and internal connected systems.
The role is two-fold.
The first is as a PgMO/PfMO in the daily business of driving projects.
The second is to support the implementation of their chosen Project Management improvement software Wrike, which is being implemented to improve digitalization and automation of project management collaboration, and you will be tasked with inputting processes into the Wrike system (training provided).
Key Skills & Experience Needed:
* 5 years+ of experience in project management field, including at least 2 years of experience working on Program or Portfolio Management Office “ PgMO or PfMO”
* Very good understanding about Project Methodologies and Frameworks
* Understanding of PMI Disciplined Agile is preferred (not mandatory)
* Analytical skills as well as the ability to work solution-oriented in a structured manner
* Service-oriented mindset as well as passion to work in a team environment
* Readiness to communicate proactively, persistently and professionally with different stakeholders
* Coaching & facilitating skills (training Project Managers)
* Experience working in Projects and Products Environment
* Experience in Wrike Software is preferred (not mandatory)
* Multinational experience and working with diverse team
* Excellent written and spoken English language skills
Additional Information:
* The role can be worked 100% remotely, but is only open to those based in the EU Citizens with eligibility to work within the EU already in place.
* 2 weeks travel across the entire contract to Germany is preferred (expenses paid)
