SAP HCM Consultant

SAP HCM Consultant – German Speaking. Location: Remote Work From Home Anywhere Within Europe. Permanent Job. Salary: Up to €80,000 Gross per annum + 15% Bonus + Benefits. (Work Permit Sponsorship Possible). Flexible Start Date any time between June to December 2024.

Our client is an established specialist boutique consulting firm based in Germany with over 35 years of SAP HCM expertise.  They are expanding their team and offering something very different compared to other companies / jobs on the market.

The company is open to receiving applications from people of all levels of seniority, from juniors with at least 1 years’ of SAP HCM experience to seniors with several years of experience.

Location:

  • You can live anywhere within Europe! (The client will employ you within your home-country)
  • You can work remotely from any European Country!
  • You will be based from home the majority of the month.  Depending on where you live, commuting to the office is only required once per month if you are a senior.  This can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis to find a solution that works for both you and the company.
  • If you are a junior, you will most probably need more training, coaching and support and would need to come in to the office more often.  This can be discussed on an individual basis to understand what training and support you need and how often you would need to come into the office.
  • When you travel to the office, all travel expenses will be covered by the company.

If you are a junior SAP HCM Consultant:

  • This is the perfect opportunity for you to develop your consulting skills.  You will receive full training from highly skilled and experienced senior SAP consultants with over 35 years of experience.
  • You will gain exposure to full-life cycle implementation projects including international projects
  • You will be trained on conceptual work in projects (e.g. AS-IS analysis of business processes and systems set-up; TO-BE modelling, blueprint creation etc.)
  • You will gain the opportunity to learn SAP SuccessFactors / Learn SAP HCM.

If you are a senior SAP HCM Consultant:

Required Skills and Experience:

  • You must have a minimum of at least 1 years’ of experience in either:
    • SAP HCM: PA (Personnel Administration), OM (Organisational Management) and either PY (Payroll) or PT (Personnel Time Management)
  • Must have some customizing knowledge in SAP HCM modules PA, PY, PT or OM
  • Willingness to take on tasks in ongoing support (2nd level support)
  • Willingness to travel when necessary when working on projects
  • Good knowledge in MS-Office Apps
  • First experiences in project management
  • Good analytical skills
  • High level of commitment
  • Ability to set priorities
  • “Consultant personality” with good communication skills

Languages:

  • You must have a minimum of B2 level German.
  • Good English

Salary:

  • The Fixed Basic Salary on offer is subject to your level of skills, knowledge and experience and is open for discussion.
  • 15% Bonus paid on top of your fixed salary once you have passed your probationary period

  • Company pension scheme (BAV) Employer allowance of 20% on the employee contribution (e.g. €100 EE contribution, employer = €20 = total contribution €120)

Start Date:

  • The start date is very flexible and open for discussion.  You can start any time between May to December 2024.

German Work Permit Sponsorship:

  • Sponsorship for a German work permit is only possible for candidates who have a minimum of B2 level German.
