SAP CS (Customer Service) Consultant – English Speaking. Location: 100% Remote Working in Spain. Flexible Start Date from April 2024 Onwards. Permanent (in-house) Job. Salary up to €80,000 gross per annum + Benefits. END-CLIENT!

Our End-Client based in Spain has a fantastic career opportunity for a fluent English speaking SAP CS (Customer Service) / SAP FSM (Field Service Management) Consultant to join their in-house SAP team.  The client is a global company with more than 2,000 employees.  They are an innovative company who embrace the very latest technologies like S/4HANA and working cultures such as the ability to work 100% remotely from home!  The company is currently in the middle of transforming to S/4HANA so now is the perfect time to join and get involved in the project.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in either SAP CS (Customer Service) or SAP FSM (Field Service Management)
  • Must have a solid understanding of SAP Service Processes
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to travel for rollout workshops (less than 20% per year)

NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT MANDATORY:

  • Experience/knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is nice to have

YOUR TASKS:

  • Consults Application Owner
  • Analyze, identify and document business, process and technical requirements.
  • Participate in SAP Projects
  • Recommend solutions considering IT strategy and guidelines
  • Derive and specify system changes
  • Discuss and agree on necessary changes with the Application Owner, Architect and implementation partner
  • Customize Application
  • Provide 2nd level support and consultation for day-to-day operations
  • Ensure 3rd level support provided by the implementation partner
  • Train Application Owner

LANGUAGES:

  • Must be fluent in English

SALARY:

  • The salary on offer is negotiable and subject to your level of skills, knowledge and experience and ranges up to €80,000 gross per annum.

REMOTE WORKING:

  • You can work 100% remotely from home but you must live in Spain.
  • You can live anywhere in Spain.
  • If you do not live in Spain, you must relocate to Spain.
  • You can NOT work remotely from another country.

ELIGIBILITY / SPANISH WORK PERMITS:

  • Sponsorship for a Spanish work permit is NOT possible.
  • You MUST HAVE either Spanish or EU Citizenship or be a Permanent Resident of Spain.
