Our well-known End Client in the manufacturing sector, is looking to hire an SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting) / FICO (Finance & Controlling) Consultant with S/4HANA experience to join their fantastic team to work on a mixture of support and implementation topics.
The primary focus of this position will be to work directly with the business on process improvement initiatives and the introduction of new technologies. This position focuses on a specific functional area of the company, which in this case is FI/CO (Finance and Controlling) and RAR.
You must be comfortable working with the business (Finance and Accounting Teams) and be able to support and communicate together with them on topical issues and process improvements.
Currently, SAP RAR is live in North America, but will be rolled out to other countries, where you will be part of the implementation team in the US.
The role will also involve maintaining work plans, tracking effort and progress vs. plan for small to medium-scale projects, and providing appropriate status information regarding projects. Supervising contract consultants, programmers, and part-time clerical assistants, as needed.
Skills & experience needed:
* SAP RAR experience, including support and implementation and configuration (at least 1 implementation project delivered)
* SAP FICO experience (5 years+)
* An understanding of SAP COPA (Controlling – Profitability Analysis)
* Knowledge of Margin Analysis
* A good understanding of accounting principles
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA
Additional Info:
* This role can be worked remotely from home. On average, you will need to travel for 2 weeks every six months to various possible locations within the US.
