SAP S/4 Service / FSM Consultant – English Speaking – Permanent Job – Hybrid (60% Remote Work / 40% On-Site in Baden-Württemberg, Germany). Start Date: Flexible from May 2025 Onwards. Up to €120,000 per annum + Bonus + Benefits – End Client!
Our world leading manufacturing client, based in Baden-Württemberg, Germany, is looking to hire an SAP S/4 Service Consultant for the implementation, configuration, and management of SAP S/4 Service and SAP Field Service Management (FSM). In the role, you will collaborate closely with business users, IT teams, and management to ensure the seamless deployment, integration, and optimization of latest technologies like S/4 Service, SAP FSM and CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) within the existing SAP landscape.
The role involves:
- Implement and configure SAP S/4 service solution including SAP FSM based on approved requirements
- Manage the integration of SAP FSM with the S/4HANA service module to ensure a seamless process and master data flow
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment and integration
- Optimize SAP S/4 service processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Provide ongoing support and training to users online and on-site in European subsidiaries
- Extension of business capabilities by using additional technology like computer telephony integration or document management
Experience needed:
- Proven experience with SAP FSM, S/4HANA service and other cloud-based solutions
- Deep understanding of service management processes such as service order management, service contract management, and warranty management
- A good understanding of SAP integration processes

- This is an English-speaking role, which demands 2 days per week on-site in Baden-Württemberg, Germany
