SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central / Time Tracking) Consultant – German Speaking – 100% Remote Work – Permanent Job. Flexible Start Date from May 2025 Onwards. Salary Up to €130,000/Annum + Bonus + Benefits.

Our renowned consultancy client, in Germany, has a fantastic career opportunity for an SAP SuccessFactors EC (Employee Central) / Time Tracking Consultant to join their busy practice to guide and deliver client projects across Germany, in a remote role, which requires some occasional travel for client kick-off meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of customer requirements in the area of time management and personnel management
  • Implementation of SAP Time Tracking solutions, including adaptation in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Configuration and optimization of time recording systems
  • Integration of SAP Time Tracking with other SAP modules (e.g. SAP Payroll, SAP HR)
  • Management, planning and implementation of projects in the area of SAP Time Tracking
  • Coordination with other departments and external service providers
  • Training and Support:

          - Conducting workshops and training courses for key users

          - Providing support to users and resolving technical issues

          - Creation of documentation and user manuals

  • Optimization and further development:

          - Review and continuous improvement of existing SAP SuccessFactors solutions in the area of time management

          - Identification of improvement potential and implementation of changes

  • Testing and quality assurance

Skills & experience needed:

  • Experience in implementing (configuring) complex projects in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC)
  • At least 3 years of experience in configuring SF Time Off and SF Time Sheets
  • Experience with the integration of terminals and SF Time Tracking with SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll  (SF ECP)
  • A background in SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) / HR (Human Resources)
  • Ability to work independently, lead client discussions and provide advisory services throughout the project
