IT Testing Manager / Coordinator (Integrated Systems - SAP, Salesforce etc) - English Speaking. Remote Work with some onsite travel to Germany (Expenses Paid). Flexible Start Date: 5th January 2026 +/-. 10 Month Contract. END-CLIENT!
Role Overview:
Our End-Client based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, requires an IT Testing Manager / Coordinator for Integrated Systems - SAP, Salesforce etc, to support them on a remote basis and oversee and coordinate all testing activities for one of the business application projects, ensuring quality and compliance with functional and technical requirements. This role combines strategic test management with hands-on coordination of test execution across multiple teams and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Associate and support the Project Managers with the definition and implementation of test plans, strategies, and schedules.
- Coordinate functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
- Act as the central point of contact for all testing-related communications.
- Manage test resources and ensure timely delivery of test cycles.
- Track and report defects, ensuring resolution before go-live.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, developers, and business stakeholders to align testing efforts.
- Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to Program Delivery quality standards and governance processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in testing management or coordination roles.
- Must have strong testing experience in either SAP or Salesforce.
- Must have experience in testing management and coordination of multiple integrated systems
- Knowledge of test management tools and methodologies. Familiarity with using Jira as Test Management tool is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple test streams.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with multiple priorities.
Languages:
- Must be fluent in English (written and spoken).
Work Load:
- 5 days per week (Monday - Friday)
- 8 hours per day
- 09:00 - 18:00 CET
Remote Work:
- Mostly remote work from anywhere within the EU.
- Must be willing to travel occasionally to Frankfurt, Germany.
- The client will cover travel expenses for any onsite work.
