SAP ABAP BTP/PI/PO Lead Developer

SAP ABAP BTP/PI/PO Lead Developer - English Speaking - Charleroi, Belgium - Start Date: 16th June 2025. 10 Month+ Contract.

Our Client in Charleroi, Belgium is looking to hire an SAP ABAP BTP/PI/PO Lead Developer for an ongoing project on S/4HANA Rise.

Skills & Experience needed:

• Strong knowledge of SAP architecture and integration within a multinational company.
• Exposure to FI-CO, SD, MM, PP, QM, PM, EWM modules.
• Experience with S/4 RISE, BTP platform and PI/PO

Key tasks include:

• Define the development architecture, governance, best practice and guidelines. 
• Define the development priorities and progress follow-up.
• Oversee completion of technical specifications.
• Enable to develop programs to support development team.
• Lead and manage the SAP development team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Establish and enforce formal Coding Standard policy, Code Inspector.
• Provide quick and accurate estimates of project and enhancements.
• Ensure all transports completed by the team adhere to the change management policies
• Design, develop, and deploy ABAP solutions within SAP environments.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback
