SAP ABAP HCM Developer

SAP ABAP HCM Developer - Dutch Speaking - Brussels, Belgium (50% Remote Working) - Permanent Job - Flexible Start Date from July 2025 onwards. Excellent Salary + Bonus + Benefits - End Client!

One of Belgium's highest regarded employers is looking to hire an SAP ABAP HCM Developer, who has a passion to work in an innovative and creative team, to support their continuous drive to deliver a state-of-the-art digital HR solutions.

Skills & Experience needed: 

• Several years of experience in SAP HCM development.
• In-depth knowledge of ABAP programming and HR-specific development
• Experience with tools such as LSMW, BAPIs, ALE/IDocs
• Familiarity with the SAP HCM data model and infotypes.
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken Dutch & English 

Nice to have Skills (training will be given in these areas if you don't have): 

• Experience with SAP Fiori / UI5 development.
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors integration.
• Experience with SAP HR Forms or Adobe Interactive Forms.

Additional Info: 

• The role demands 50% on-site work in Brussels (50% remote working)
• You must speak both Dutch and English to a professional level
• You must be based in Belgium (or willing to relocate)
