BI Manager

BI Manager - French Speaking. Liège, Belgium. Hybrid Job (2 days remote per week). Flexible Start Date from November 2025 Onwards. Permanent Job. Salary up to €97,000 Gross per annum + 8% Bonus + Company Car + Benefits. END-CLIENT!

Our end-client based in the region of Liège, Belgium, has a fantastic opportunity for an BI (Business Intelligence) Manager to join a wonderful, friendly and highly professional team in an international company.

In this role you will be responsible for the strategy, governance, implementation, and evolution of the group’s Business Intelligence solutions. You will lead BI activities in a technological environment based on SAP BW, SAP SAC, Cognos, and Power BI, ensuring data quality, the relevance of analyses, and the performance of decision-making tools.

Main Duties:

• Defines and maintains the group’s BI standards and governance, ensures alignment of BI initiatives with business and IT strategies, and manages the BI roadmap in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders,
• Manages and prioritizes BI requests, oversees BI projects from planning to delivery, handles the BI budget, and ensures the maintenance and evolution of existing BI solutions,
• Leads internal BI teams and external providers, collaborates closely with business stakeholders to co-develop solutions, and actively participates in governance bodies and industry events,
• Promotes BI adoption at Group level, ensures data quality and system performance, identifies innovation opportunities, and implements KPIs to measure the impact of BI solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Hands on experience in BI and Project Management / Leadership experience. 
• Experience with as many of the below as possible:
  • SAP BW
  • SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
  • Power BI
  • SAP Datasphere
  • Cognos
  • Azure
  • Metadata management
  • Data cataloguing
  • Experience in change management: user support, training

• Ability to manage multi-country or multi-site projects
• Experienced in predictive modelling, statistical analysis, and data storytelling to deliver clear, actionable insights
• Organized, diplomatic, and results-driven, with strong influence and stress management abilities.

Languages:

• Must be fluent in French (minimum C1 level)
• Must be fluent in English (minimum C1 level)

Salary:

• The Fixed Basic Salary on offer is subject to your level of skills, knowledge and experience and ranges up to €97,000 gross per annum.

Bonus:

• The company offers an annual bonus of 8% on top of your fixed basic salary

Remote Working:

• A maximum of 2 days per week of remote work is permitted.
• You must be onsite in the office 3 days per week.
