SAP MM Business Analyst - German Speaking (B2 Level)- Western Austria (On-Site Role). Permanent Job. Flexible Start Date from August 2025 Onwards. Salary: Up to €80,000 per annum + Benefits (Including company apartment!). END-CLIENT. Work permits can be sponsored!
Our end-client, a specialist manufacturing company with over 100 years of history, situated in the beautiful Alpine district of Vorarlberg, Austria, famous for mountains, skiing, scenic landscapes and lakes, is currently offering a rare and exciting SAP career opportunity for an SAP MM (Materials Management) Business Analyst to help with demand and assist with rolling out the latest SAP S/4HANA version to other countries across Europe.
The role will involve:
- Analyse and document business-specific requirements in collaboration with solution architects and external consultants; to further develop SAP processes in the area of MM (Materials Management); and to support the company-wide SAP rollout.
- Create training materials for key and end users
- Train key users and assist with the training of end users
- Analyze and document IT processes and identify potential optimizations
- Define the scope of testing for changes and support key users during test execution
- Ensure operations in the MM environment, including 2nd-level support
Skills & experience needed:
- In-depth knowledge of process recording and documentation
- SAP expertise in Materials Management (including several years of professional experience in the SAP procurement environment)
- Basic SAP MM Configuration skills
- Ability to manage the interfaces at the process level to SAP EWM systems and production (PP and PP/DS modules)
- Able and enthusiastic to learn new processes and modules within SAP
Languages:
- Must have German - Intermediate (B2 Level) minimum - willing to get to C1 during the first year. This is essential as communication between the specialized departments, and the SAP team is a key factor.
- Must have English - Intermediate (B2 Level) minimum
