SAP PM Consultant - English Speaking. Budapest, Hungary (Hybrid: 2 days onsite / 3 days remote per week). Contract Job. Start 20th April 2026. 3 month Contract (plus extensions up to 3 Years).
Our client based in Budapest, Hungary is looking for an SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Consultant to provide assistance on a large ongoing S/4HANA international rollout across Europe.
Acting as a Technical Process Owner, you will support the implementation of the solution across Europe, ensuring technical consistency, integration, performance, and best practice alignment across domains and IT Tools.
The role serves as a technical bridge between the Business Process Owners (BPOs), Functional Experts, and Digital implementation teams, actively supporting the process definition, regional rollout life cycle of digital solutions.
SCOPE:
- SAP PM Asset Management
PURPOSE:
- Ensure technical implementation, configuration, and cutover execution across the IT ecosystem.
MISSION:
- Deliver best-fit IT systems, manage configuration, testing, and support seamless cutover and transition.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define configuration & liaise with Delivery Factory
- Advise on extensibilities & data mapping
REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
- Must have strong experience in SAP PM
- Must have SAP Core Model Roll-out experience
- Must have either SAP Public Cloud (Preferred) OR SAP S/4HANA experience
- Good knowledge of IT Systems Integration, Configuration Management, Testing, Cutover Execution, Defect Resolution
- Strong technical background in IT systems, experience in SAP ecosystem, testing, and cutover coordination.
- Willingness to travel 2-4 days per month to other sites in Europe (travel expenses will be covered)
LANGUAGES:
- Must be fluent in English ( minimum C1 level).
REMOTE WORK:
- A maximum of 3 days per week of remote work is permitted.
- You will be expected to be onsite in the Budapest office 2 days per week
WORK LOAD:
- Full-time 5 days per week Monday - Friday
- 8 hours per day
- Work hours: 08:00 - 18:00 CET
- The contract will be an initial 3 month contract with a strong chance of multiple extensions up to 3 years.
