SAP S/4HANA OTC P2P (SD/MM) Business Process Analyst/Key User

SAP S/4HANA OTC P2P (SD/MM) Business Process Analyst/Key User. English speaking. Remote role with ~15% Travel to Lyon, France (expenses paid). Start Date: 2nd March 2026. 10 Months+ Contract Role. End Client.

Our manufacturing customer is rolling out SAP S/4HANA across Europe and is looking to hire an SAP S/4HANA OTC Order-to-Cash / PTP Procure-to-Pay (i.e. SD/MM) Business Process Analyst or Key User to support the design, documentation and testing of the roll-out. Configuration experience is NOT required.

The role will involve:

• Interview, collect and review Back Office processes from DSO as incoterms,  order processes etc…
• Attending to Daily meetings and help to create slides for different workshops and reviews
• Attend to cross-functional meetings to gather and review information on cross-functional topic's

Documentation:

• Prepare policies and process documentation (in Excel)
• Prepare training material

Testing:

• Prepare testing plan, scenario and scripts 
• Perform testing and follow up on potential issues to ensure resolution

Change Management:

• Help coordinate deployment of the solutions to impacted users 
• Ensure functional support of users 
• Perform transfer of competences to users

Skills and experience needed:

• 2+ years working as an SAP SD / OTC and SAP MM / P2P Business Process Analyst or Key User
• Experience supporting change and process
• Configuration experience is NOT required

Extra Information:

• This role can be work remotely from home, but you will need to travel up to 1 week every 6 weeks to Lyon, France - Expenses Paid!
