SAP JOB VACANCY:
SAP S/4HANA Project Manager

SAP S/4HANA Project Manager - French Speaking - Luxembourg - 70% Remote Working - Start Date: December 2025/January 2026 (flexible). 12 Month+ Contract Role (part-time 2–3 days per week). End Client.

Our end client in Luxembourg, is looking to hire an SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to help lead their move to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud for their Accounting, Procurement and Controlling functionalities.

The implementation will be done by a System Integration Partner, but you will be hired directly by the end-client, where your responsibilities will include adhering to SAP best practices and project governance.

Experience needed:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience as an SAP Project Manager
• Experience of S/4HANA migration projects
• Strong knowledge of SAP best practices and project governance
• Experience of SAP FI, CO and Ariba (preferred)
• Professional level of English and French

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and on budget;
• Develop detailed project plans, documentation, schedules and communication strategies;
• Lead cross-functional teams, coordinate and engage with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment of goals, expectations and project deliverables;
• Monitor project risks, drive issue resolution and implement corrective actions as needed;
• Contribute to refining internal project processes and project management best practices;
• Foster a collaborative environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement;
• Ensure alignment with IT governance;
• Act as single point of contact for project governance and communication across: - Internal stakeholders (accounting, controlling, procurement, IT, steering committee, researchers) - The ERP Integrator and third-party service providers
• Collaborate with the SAP Integrator and change management team to ensure effective user adoption and minimize resistance to new systems and processes;
• Ensure adherence to corporate governance, compliance and quality standards.

Additional information:

• The role is part-time (2-3 days per week) and would require 2 visits to Luxembourg per month, for 1-2 days - Expenses Paid!
