SAP JOB VACANCY:
SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant

SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant - English Speaking. Warsaw, Poland. Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote per week). Flexible start Date from the 7th April 2026 Onwards. 3 Year Contract.

Our client based in Warsaw, Poland is embarking on a major Greenfield SAP S/4HANA transformation program involving large international rollouts across Europe.

Main Tasks:

• Within the domain of SAP S/4HANA Finance, you will support structural mapping, data value mapping, data scoping, preparation of Data extraction and transformation tools, involvement and ensuring data migration activities in System Integrated Tests, User Acceptance Tests and go to production and get validation from local business.
• Develop and manage the Finance and Controlling data load workplan in alignment with the overall project plan.
• Coordinate, monitor, and report on the progress of Finance Data Activities in close link to Data Squad Leads.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Lead the finance data migration activities in close relation to Business Process Owners / Technical Process Owners, Migration Factory, Global teams.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of SAP FI functional consulting experience.
• Must have SAP S/4HANA experience
• Must be willing to travel to other European locations during the migration phase (expenses will be covered)

Languages:

• Must be fluent in English

Remote Work:

• A maximum of 2 days per week of remote work is permitted.
• You will be expected to be onsite in the office 3 days per week.

Work Load:

• Full-time 5 days per week Monday - Friday
• 8 hours per day
• Work hours: 08:00 - 18:00 CET
• 3 year contract
