SAP SD / MM Consultant - English Speaking. Location: 75% Remote Work from within your Home Country + 25% Travel to Czechia. Flexible Start Date from June 2026 Onwards. Permanent Job. Salary up to CZK 130,000 gross per month + 5% Bonus + Benefits. END-CLIENT!
Our end-client has an interesting job opportunity where you can live in any EU member state and work up to 75% per month remotely from home. The company's HQ is based in Czechia and they are looking for an SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and MM (Materials Management) Consultant to join their growing dynamic in-house team.
Working in an S/4HANA environment, you will be tasked with implementing, supporting and maintaining the SAP systems within the organization. This role requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure the SAP system aligns with business requirements and operates efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in SAP SD, MM, data management, and process improvement, excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to providing exceptional support. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a great company who focus on their employees.
Main Responsibilities:
System Configuration:
- Configure and customize SAP SD and MM modules to meet business needs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to optimize business operations.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Application Support:
- Provide technical support to users, resolving issues and answering queries related to the system.
- Troubleshoot system problems and implement solutions.
Data Management:
- Support regular data audits and implement data quality control measures.
Training and Documentation:
- Support to develop and deliver training programs for SAP users to enhance their understanding and utilization of the system.
- Create and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and user guides.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Must have several years' of experience in SAP SD including customising / configuration.
- Must have good experience in SAP MM especially Purchasing, including customising / configuration.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Languages:
- Must speak English (minimum C1 level)
Salary:
- The Fixed Basic Salary on offer is subject to your level of skills, knowledge and experience and ranges between CZK 80,000 - 130,000 gross per month (13 monthly payments).
- The company offers a 5% annual bonus on top based upon performance.

Remote Working:
- You can live in any country within the EU.
- If you live over a 75 minute commute from the office in Czechia, you are permitted to work 75% remotely per month.
- You must be willing to travel a minimum of 25% per month to Czechia and Austria when required. Hotel expenses will be covered.
- If you live locally to the Czechia HQ, you will be expected to come into the office 3 days per week.

- Sponsorship for a Czech work permit is not possible.
