SAP Security & Authorisations Consultant

SAP Security & Authorisations Consultant - English Speaking. Location: Charleroi, Belgium (70% Remote). Part-Time Ad Hoc Mission (2 - 4 days per month). Start 1st October 2025. 6 Month Contract.

Our client based in Charleroi, Belgium, requires an SAP Security & Authorisations Consultant for a Part-Time mission with an estimated work load of 2 - 4 days per month over the next 6 months.

Mission Details:
Environment: 

• S/4HANA On-premise 2023 EHP1 + Full Fiori + Live since 2023
• Activated modules FI AA CO-OM COPA FSCM-CM PS PP PM MM SD QM WF small HR-OM Embedded BW SAC
• 2 company codes
• 100 users

Context:
Our company is doing a global re-engineering of the system
Different authorisation issues:

• Authorisations are too large (many users have access to tiles they do not use)
• Management decided this year to restrict  access to users responsibilities. Their responsibilities are fixed by cost centers and projects
• The current authorisations are based on groups. Possible transition to spaces and pages.
• Roles organisation based on singles roles related to composite roles

Mission:

• Advice for roles organisation
• Set up of pages and spaces to replace the groupes
• Redefine the roles based on process and functions (Use of derived role when needed)
• First process started : Procurement

Required Skills:

• Must have strong SAP Security & Authorisations skills.
• Strong experience creating roles

Languages: 

• Must be fluent in English

Work Load:

• 6 month contract
• 2 - 4 days per month
• Up to 70% Remote work is permitted.
