SAP Service Delivery Manager / Account Manager (AMS / TMA) - French speaking - France - 100% Remote Work. Start Date: Flexible Q2/Q3 2026 onwards. Permanent Job. Salary: Competitive Salary + Bonus + Benefits.

Our client, an SAP Partner, is looking for an SAP Service Delivery Manager / Account Manager to work in the AMS (Application Management Services) / TMA (Tierce Maintenance Applicative) team. You will be responsible for the operational management and coordination of requests related to AMS / TMA accounts ensuring that contractual commitments for the client portfolio are met.

The teams currently support more than 70 active clients.

The client portfolio includes on the way to 200 leading French SAP end clients covering Banking, Insurance, Retail, Wholesale, Engineering, Lifesciences, Construction, Aerospace and many others.

Requirements

  • SAP Service Delivery Manager / Account Manager experience within an AMS / TMA environment.
  • Project management certification desirable (PMI, Scrum, SAP Activate, or similar)
  • Professional/technical English

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end service delivery across contracts in scope — deadlines, quality, and contractual obligations
  • Lead and coordinate stakeholders day-to-day
  • Drive consultant staffing and workload planning with the staffing manager
  • Resolve prioritisation conflicts
  • Master the contracts and enforce their implementation
  • Track operational and contractual metrics; pre-empt risks
  • Escalate operational alerts upward
  • Hold the line on SLAs and keep ticket backlog under control
  • Sign off deliverables before they reach the client
  • Own scope P&L; report metrics to Application Support & Managed Services management
  • Run monthly billing
  • Prepare, lead, and document COMOP, COPIL, and CODIR meetings
  • Present current offerings and key vendor updates
