SAP Solution Architect

SAP Solution Architect - Croatian Speaking - Zagreb, Croatia (70-80% Remote Working). Permanent Job. Flexible Start Date from May 2025 Onwards. Up to €72,000/annum + Bonus + Benefits. 

Our dynamic and friendly consultancy client in Zagreb, Croatia is looking to hire an SAP Solution Architect (they are open to areas of expertise such as Financials, Logistics etc.) to work on client RFP's and estimations, as well as participating in the project delivery.

Key Skills and Experience needed:

• Experience in working with SAP products and knowledge of business processes in SAP
• Consulting industry experience
• Professional level Croatian (Serbian and Bosnian languages will be welcome) and English
• SAP certifications
• Developed communication skills and a tendency towards teamwork 
• Expressed dedication to work, technological curiosity and desire for continuous improvement

Main responsibilities:

• Identify and document user business needs 
• Provide consulting services
• Analyze user requirements, propose solutions and draw conclusions about organizational and technological implications for building a business information system 
• Estimate the amount of work and time required to implement a part of SAP IT solutions within a particular module
• Lead the SAP solution implementation project team, in your domain of responsibility and expertise
• Participate in the maintenance and upgrading of implemented solutions for existing clients
• Follow trends in the development of technology, organizational methods and legal changes in their field of activity
• Participate in sales activities within their expertise and participate in conferences
• Participate in education and mentoring of colleagues, share knowledge with associates and in providing external and internal training services
• Continuous professional development in your field of activity (certifications)
