SAP SuccessFactors-EC Consultant - German Speaking. Location: Remote Working from Home + Travel to Customer Sites. Flexible Start Date from December 2025 Onwards. Permanent Job. Fantastic Salary up to €150,000 gross per annum + 8% Bonus + Benefits.
Our client is a well known and highly respected international consulting firm who have a comprehensive SAP portfolio from consulting and migration to SAP S/4HANA to cloud operations and application management. They have many offices around Germany and are currently seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors-EC (Employee Central) Consultant to join their team, advising well-known companies on SAP S/4HANA implementations taking on the professional and technical responsibility for the design and implementation of complex SAP projects.
Location of Work / Remote Working:
- You will be based remotely from home. This is a standard part of the company's daily work routine and is supported by digital platforms.
- There is no regular travel to any of the company's local offices. They only need to come to whichever office is closest to them when it is absolutely necessary.
- You will be expected to travel to customer’s sites as this is a standard part of this job.
- Travel will vary based upon the needs of the customer's project.
- On average across the year, you can expect to travel up to a 50% to customer sites.
- You can NOT work remotely from any other country. You must live within Germany.
Main Tasks:
As a Senior SAP SuccessFactors-EC Consultant, you will advise their clients in the public and private sectors. You will play a key role in the successful implementation of client projects, both technically and professionally, and will be the point of contact for project management, the project team, and client management during implementation projects for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and other SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Time Management or Payroll.
Your responsibilities will include, in particular:
- Responsibility for both the technical analysis, the technical design, and the implementation of (best practice) solutions for SAP SuccessFactors.
- Consulting and support for the customer and the integration team in core hybrid projects (integration between SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central)
- Independent configuration of the SAP SuccessFactors module Employee Central and other SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Time Management or Payroll
- Conducting workshops with stakeholders, demonstrating best practices, and training users.
- Support and implementation of international rollouts and participation in bid teams for the creation and quality assurance of offers through expert knowledge
- Significant contribution to the further development of our juniors and the development of innovative topics
Required Skills and Experience:
- Must have at least 5 years of solid end-to-end project experience in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Must have extensive, comprehensive knowledge of the entire SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM module landscape, as well as a deep understanding of their complex data models and system interrelationships.
- Must be certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Must have extensive and well-founded experience in the implementation of core hybrid approaches.
- Must have a structured approach to work according to project management standards, as well as experience with agile (project) methods.
Languages:
- Must be fluent in German (minimum C1 level)
Salary:
- The Fixed Basic Salary on offer is subject to your level of skills, knowledge and experience and ranges up to €150,000 gross per annum.
Variable Bonus:
- The company offers an annual variable bonus on top of your fixed basic salary which is typically in the range of up to 8% and is normally based on a combination of your personal performance and the company's performance.
