SAP SuccessFactors Product Manager

SAP SuccessFactors Product Manager – 80% Remote Work (2 days per week in Central London, UK) – Permanent Job. Flexible Start Date from May 2025 Onwards. Salary Up to £110,000/Annum + Bonus + Benefits. END-CLIENT!

Our renowned global client, with over 20,000 employees, has a fantastic career opportunity for an SAP SuccessFactors Product Manager to join their management team and play a critical role in the support and forward development the SAP SuccessFactors Platform (SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors) and be responsible for overseeing and managing all technical aspects of the SAP SuccessFactors Platform in Live Service as well as key integrations into and out of the platform (data flows between S/4HANA and SuccessFactors; integrations with Concur; Salesforce CRM and an array of other systems). 

When fully implemented, the SAP Platform will traverse the EMEA Region, and be utilized by over 4000 employees. The EMEA SAP Product Manager will work closely with the programme team and our implementation partners to ensure a smooth transition into the EMEA business ensuring effective knowledge transfer of the configuration and integrations implemented. 

This role requires a deep understanding of SAP solutions, business processes, and industry trends to drive innovation and maximize the value of SAP investments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software development, sales, marketing, and customer support, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver solutions that meet the needs of the business.

Experience Needed: 

• 3+ years of experience in product management roles, with a focus on SAP solutions and enterprise software. 
• Good understanding of SAP SuccessFactors products, modules, and integration capabilities, ideally with hands-on experience in SAP implementation projects or managing in a business as usual support environment. 
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus across teams. 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. 
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing enterprise software products, from concept to adoption/optimisation. 
• Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA) preferred. 
• Self-motivated and adaptable to a collaborative, dynamic work environment. 
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues. 
• Strong organizational skills and a willingness to get fully involved / immersed in improving the IT Services to customers.
