SAP VIM Consultant

SAP VIM Consultant - German Speaking - Zurich, Switzerland (1 week onsite/2 weeks remote rotation). Start Date: March 23rd 2026. 12 Month Contract Role. 

Our client is looking for an SAP VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) consultant to assist in the implementation and optimisation of SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimization of SAP VIM solutions for clients (remote and on-site)
• Analysis of business requirements and design of customer-specific solutions
• Configuration, testing, and documentation of SAP and OpenText systems
• Support during implementation, testing, and go-live phases
• Conduct user training sessions and support knowledge transfer
• Act as a technical contact for clients during ongoing projects

Requirements

• Experience with SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) and OpenText
• Strong analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Experience working in client-facing consulting environments
• Languages Required: German & English both at least B2 
• Ability to travel between sites 

Nice-to-have

• SAP Central Invoice Management (CIM), experience with other SAP-based ECM solutions

Hybrid Working Pattern

• 1 week onsite/2 weeks remote rotation.
