SAP WM / EWM Consultant

SAP WM / EWM Consultant - German Speaking. Bern, Switzerland. Hybrid Job (40% Remote). Flexible Start Date from September 2025 Onwards. Permanent Job. Highly Competitive Salary + Bonus + Great Benefits.

Our client is a well known top 10 global SAP Consulting firm.  They are looking for an SAP WM  / EWM (Warehouse Management / Extended Warehouse Management) Consultant to join their team.

Main Duties:

• Design of the SAP S/4HANA requirements in the warehouse/logistics environment in the Explore phase.
• Implementation of the SAP S/4HANA requirements in the build phases.
• Implementation of design workshops incl. documentation.
• Creation of the required artifacts in the SAP Focused Build (Functional Specification, Collaboration Diagrams and Configuration Design Specification).
• Coordinating the technical requirements as a link between the work organization in Switzerland and our development partner abroad.
• Ensuring communication with the relevant stakeholders in the work organization such as Product Owner, Scrum Master, Test Manager.
• Helping to shape the future integration into the SAP S/4HANA solution (incl. customizing) within a BizDevOps team.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Around 7 years of SAP EWM / WM consulting experience with at least 2 full life cycle implementations under your belt.
• Practical experience in the technical connection of warehouse technology (via MFS, MFR) ideally in connection with labeling and mobile dialogues.
• Several years of experience in the end-to-end implementation of EWM embedded.
• Very good experience in the creation of functional specifications and customizing.
• Very good analytical and conceptual skills, agile mindset (SAFe/Scrum), quick comprehension, high degree of initiative and structured way of working.
• Ability to explain and present responsible topics.
• Good knowledge of Confluence, Jira and O365.
• Communicative, open and resilient personality.
• Experience in dealing with interdisciplinary teams and the ability to think outside the box
• Proactive and self-reliant personality.
• Empathetic appearance, active and open to a direct feedback culture.

Nice to have but not mandatory:

• Integrative knowledge of the adjacent SAP modules such as MM, QM, FI/CO are nice to have.

Languages:

• Must be fluent in German (minimum C1 level)
• Must be fluent in English (minimum C1 level)

Remote Working:

• This is a hybrid job. Onsite work is subject to the needs of the customer and project phase.  On average you can expect to work 60% onsite and 40% remote.

• You can NOT work remotely from any other country. You must therefore already live or be willing to relocate to Switzerland.
