The candidate is a highly experienced SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Project Manager with over 15 full-cycle SAP HCM projects and more than 10 SAP SFSF implementations. They have also worked on 2 S/4HANA projects, focusing on the HCM module. Their expertise includes Core HR (Employee Central and Platform), Payroll (HCM and ECP), Time & Attendance, and project management. They have delivered solutions across multiple industries, including oil and gas, retail, farming, and facilities services.
The candidate successfully led the transformation of a heavily customised 25-year HCM system to SAP standard using EC and ECP. They also bring experience with Kronos and ADP GlobalView. Fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French, they are highly adaptable to international environments. Outside of work, they enjoy fishing.
