The candidate brings over 20 years of SAP HCM experience and more than 10 years in SAP SuccessFactors EC. They have delivered multiple full end-to-end SAP project life cycles, including SAP S/4HANA implementations, specialising in SAP HR (OM, PA, Travel, C&B, Time, PY), SAP FI, and SuccessFactors EC, Time, ECP, BIB, and role-based authorisations. They have configured integrations, payroll, time-off management, learning, PM/GM, and data migration.
They have worked across diverse industries, including manufacturing, tobacco, trading, banking, oil & gas, and pharma. They have contributed to global rollouts, SAP R3 to S4 migrations, and SF to SAP PY/FI integrations. In addition to SAP, they hold expertise in Workday, Nakisa, ABAP/SQL, CRM, and project management (PMP), providing solution architecture, functional and technical consulting, localisation, compliance, and end-to-end implementation support.
