The candidate has completed 5 full end-to-end SAP projects, including 2 SAP S/4HANA lifecycles, and has extensive project management experience using methodologies such as SAP Activate, Hybrid, and Waterfall. Their have significant expertise in SAP FI and CO modules, where they have acted as a key expert user. They also have a strong background in the IT sector, specifically within Semiconductor, Hardware, and Software industries. The candidate has successfully managed SAP rollouts, including an automotive manufacturing project and several Fiori implementations across international entities.
In addition to their SAP expertise, the candidate brings considerable experience in Finance & Controlling, project management, and leading diverse, multinational teams across different cultures, languages, and time zones. Their leadership skills are complemented by executive influencing, strategic communication, and customer relationship management. With an international MBA and CertIFRS certification, they aim to take on a strategic customer portfolio leadership role in the next five years. Outside of work, they enjoy golfing and eMTB biking.
