- 11+ years SAP experience specialising in SAP Project & Cutover Management as well as PMO experience
- Experience working with SAP & non-SAP environments including:
- SAP FI, PS, SD, C2P & S2P
- Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow, etc...
- 2 SAP S/4HANA E2E full-lifecycle implementation projects undertaken including Greenfield
- Agile/Scrum, SAP Activate & PRINCE2 methodologist as well as Data Migration & Test Management experience
- Certified in Prince2 Foundation, Scrum Master, Security Foundation, Privacy Foundation & Practitioner
- MBA held in Artificial Intelligence & Cyber Security
The candidate has strong SAP experience across SAP R3 to S/4HANA within FIN, PS, SD, C2P and S2P, with exposure to sales and manufacturing environments. They have completed 2 full end-to-end SAP S/4HANA project life cycles and delivered complex data migrations for 3 entities without business interruption. Their strength lies in PMO, cutover, delivery and test management, embedding hybrid Agile ways of working and coordinating SAP Activate phases with a structured, quality-driven approach.
They are a proactive, reliable and solution-oriented team player with strong stakeholder and delivery management skills, complemented by knowledge of Mendix, Tricentis, DevOps, Salesforce and cyber security. Internationally experienced and flexible to travel, they focus on consensus and results. Outside of work, they enjoy spending time in nature with their hunting dog, reading, podcasts and staying socially active through friends, theatre and music.
