- Certified Internal Auditor
The candidate has led multiple full end-to-end SAP R/3 project life cycles, including large-scale rollouts across 20 countries in multi-wave programmes. They have acted as global business process owner for Service to Cash and Order to Cash, with responsibility for commercial processes and global master data management. Their expertise includes defining global SAP-supported processes with country-specific and multilingual requirements, alongside full CRM integration across sales landscapes.
They have strong non-SAP expertise as a sales process owner across ERP, CRM, BI and e-commerce, combined with a hands-on, pragmatic delivery style. Known as an experienced leader, people enabler and patient listener, they communicate fluently in German, French and English. Outside of work, their interests include family and friends, as well as house and garden activities.
