- CIS-IAS & IPS
- Further experience working with SAP HCM
- 4+ SAP E2E full-lifecycle implementation projects undertaken
- Certified in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Workforce Analytics and Planning, Onboarding 2.0, Recruiting: Candidate & Recruiter Experience)
The candidate has delivered 4+ full end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors project life cycles and specialises in Employee Central, People Analytics (Story and Canvas reporting) and Role-Based Permissions security design. They have strong experience integrating with cloud identity services (IAS/IPS) and enterprise identity platforms, focusing on secure user lifecycle management and access governance. They have supported go-lives, data migration, release coordination and reporting aligned to controlled HR data visibility.
They bring cross-sector experience and combine functional HR knowledge with a security-aware architecture perspective. Recognised for delivery excellence and leadership contribution, they are analytical, structured and reliable, with strong documentation discipline and workshop facilitation skills. Their ambition is to progress towards a Solution Architect role. Outside of work, they enjoy photography, travelling and continuous learning.
