The candidate contributed to an SAP R/3 to ECC upgrade, ensuring EDI interfaces and middleware stability. They specialise in SAP incident and problem management, service delivery, FICO close cycles, Concur T&E, and Ariba/Guided Buying, with experience across pharmaceutical and electronics sectors. They supported key transitions from Acubiz to Concur and EBP to Ariba, and earlier EDI integrations.
They also led BlackLine global rollout support with full admin access, driving standardisation and onboarding APAC. They are a diplomatic, customer-focused communicator who builds trusted relationships across teams, with strengths in analysis, training, and user adoption. They are organised, pragmatic, and aim to return to a more technical SAP role. Outside of work, they enjoy model building and cooking.
