SAP Finance Business Analyst/Consultant - French Speaking – Charleroi, Belgium. Hybrid Working (3 days onsite / 2 days remote). Permanent Job. Flexible Start Date from October 2026 Onwards. Competitive Salary + Benefits.
Our client, Trafic, one of Belgium’s best-known value retailers, is looking for an SAP Finance Business Analyst/Consultant to help develop solutions supporting its business operations. Working closely with the Finance and business teams, you will contribute to strategic projects and Trafic’s digital transformation from SAP ECC to S/4HANA.
As an SAP Finance Business Analyst/Consultant, you will be the key contact between business teams and IT for the Finance and Management Control domains.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Provide support, maintenance and evolution of SAP solutions related to Finance processes.
- Analyse business needs and participate in the design of new solutions or improvements.
- Configure and support the integration of new features.
- Coordinate and execute the testing phases to ensure the quality of the solutions put into production.
- Support users in getting to grips with the tools through training and the creation of documentation.
- Collaborate with business teams, external partners, and other members of the IT team.
- Contribute to the company's transformation projects and SAP roadmap.
- Maintain continuous monitoring of SAP developments and new technologies.
Required skills and experience:
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, management, accounting or a similar field.
- You have at least 3 years of experience as an SAP Finance Functional Analyst or SAP FI Consultant.
- You have a solid command of the SAP FI module as well as practical experience in configuration (customising).
- You understand the main financial processes and are able to communicate with business teams to translate their needs into concrete solutions.
- You have experience in the analysis, testing and deployment phases of SAP solutions.
- Knowledge of SAP CO, SAP Retail or SAP S/4HANA is a real asset.
- You are recognized for your analytical skills, your autonomy and your ability to collaborate with a variety of people.
- You communicate fluently in French; knowledge of English is an advantage.
