We collect candidate, client, supplier and website visitor data including contact details, CVs, employment history, qualifications, references, recruitment records, communications, website analytics and professional profile information.

Directly from individuals, through our website, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, clients, public sources, email, telephone and recruitment systems including CRM and ATS platforms.
5. Candidate Sourcing and Privacy Information
Where we obtain candidate information from publicly available professional networking platforms, job boards, referrals or other lawful sources, we will provide privacy information within a reasonable period and, where required by law, no later than one month after obtaining the data.
6. Purposes of Processing
Recruitment services, candidate placement, client relationship management, business development, contractual administration, compliance, website operation and marketing where permitted by law.

We rely on legitimate interests, contract performance, legal obligations and consent where required.
