SAP & IT Application Manager - Dutch Speaking - West Flanders, Belgium. Permanent Job - Start Date: Flexible (July 2026 onwards - will wait for 3 month notice period). Good Salary + Bonus + Benefits (Includes Company Car). End Client.
Our manufacturing client in West Flanders, Belgium, is looking to hire an experienced SAP & IT Application Manager with strong expertise in Managing SAP environments, Microsoft technologies, IT infrastructure, and modern data-driven solutions. You will lead a small IT applications team, support digital transformation initiatives, and identify opportunities to improve business efficiency through data warehousing, automation, and emerging AI-driven software solutions.
The Manager will be responsible for application management, infrastructure coordination, OT/IT integration, and team leadership within a medium-sized company environment.
Experience needed:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT applications, ERP support, systems engineering, or related roles.
- Strong experience with Management and with Leading technical teams
- Experience working with SAP environments (SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or related modules).
- Experience with Microsoft enterprise technologies and infrastructure environments.
- Exposure to data warehousing, BI, or analytics platforms.
- Experience with OT/IT environments or industrial system integration is an advantage.
Application Management Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain, and improve enterprise applications, with a strong focus on SAP systems and Microsoft-based solutions.
- Ensure availability, performance, and security of business-critical applications.
- Coordinate application updates, upgrades, patches, and integrations.
- Analyze incidents and provide second- and third-line support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support ERP processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Additional Information:
