SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant - English speaking - Prague, Czech Republic (Hybrid: 2 Days Onsite/3 Days Home Office Per Week). Start date: 17th August 2026 (+/-). 9 Month Contract - End Client.
Our end client in Prague is looking for an SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant to support the delivery of a series of system enhancement initiatives, ensuring that financial processes are optimized, standardized, and aligned with S/4HANA and finance best practices.
Our client operates a core SAP S/4HANA implementation, based mainly around Finance and Procurement, supporting a centralized Finance Shared Service Centre with operating units across Europe and North America. They are currently embarking on a Finance Transformation project based on improving process efficiency and building on enhanced use of SAP
Requirements
- SAP S/4HANA FICO Expertise
- Able to Configure S/4HANA Finance components including: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Centre and Profit Centre Accounting, Onboarding of suppliers and customers directly within SAP, Setting up and configuring the intercompany functionality for the group, Controls and workflows (including optimization of PO workflows)
- Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and financial controls.
- Experience with Fiori applications
- Strong stakeholder and workshop facilitation skills.
- Ability to challenge and modernize legacy finance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) solutions design
- S/4HANA Finance Configuration
- Integration & Cross-Functional Alignment with SAP MM, SD, & Coupa
- Define finance data models aligned with existing S/4 architecture.
- Liaise with BI and data team on data requirements and interface requirements
- Collaborate with technical teams on Fiori apps, reporting layers
- Data Migration & Finance Readiness
- Testing & Deployment
- Work closely with Finance SMEs and Transformation leadership to drive transformation.
- Support training on S/4HANA Fiori interface and new finance processes.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Universal Journal, postings, and reporting.
- Post Go-Live Support (Hypercare)
