SAP SuccessFactors (Learning/LMS) End-User Trainer (Classroom based training) - Polish Speaking - 3 Day Contract (2 days preparation/1 day training session onsite in Warsaw, Poland). Start date: 31st August 2026 +/-. End Client.
An excellent short-term opportunity for an experienced Polish-speaking SAP SuccessFactors Learning Module End-User Trainer. Our end-client, is looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Learning Trainer/Consultant to prepare and deliver a one-day, classroom-based training session for a group of SuccessFactors Learning Administrators.
Training Scope
- Create instructor-led (ILT) and online (ONL) training
- Assign training to participants
- Generate reports
- Perform basic system configuration
- Manage Goals, Succession and Talent processes
- Resolve common administrative issues
The trainer should be able to create the training materials and deliver practical, hands-on instruction using the client’s SuccessFactors test environment.
Requirements
- Strong SAP SuccessFactors Learning experience
- Some knowledge of Goals, Succession and Talent would be nice to have
- Previous training delivery experience
- Fluent Polish
- 1 day onsite in Warsaw (2 further preparation days - remote)
Expected Training Outcomes Following The Session
- Participants should be able to understand the functions covered and their practical application
- Perform basic administrative operations using the supplied instructions
- Carry out relevant configuration activities independently
- Resolve typical administrative problems
- Maintain the relevant areas of SuccessFactors without routine external support
- Introduce standard changes without assistance from an implementation partner
The one day training session will be old-school classroom based training of 10 end-users in Warsaw Poland, using a Projector and Flipchart. 2 days preparation will be paid (possibly more if needed).
