  • 25+ years SAP/ERP experience specialising in Managing/Directing S/4HANA & IT business transformation programs 
  • Generated and managed revenues exceeding $60m annually as well as led global onshore & offshore teams of over 400 people
  • Experience working with SAP & non-SAP environments including:
    • SAP SD & MM
    • JIRA, FORTRAN, SIMAN, Arena, SimFactory, MPX, LINDO, etc...
  • Multiple SAP E2E full-lifecycle implementation projects undertaken including 9 S/4HANA, Greenfield, Brownfield & Bluefield 
  • Certified Quality Assurance Director, Systems Integration Solution Architect & Delivery Lead, Project Management Professional (PMP), Software Quality Analyst (CSQA), etc...
  • Master's degree held in Industrial Engineering

The candidate has over 25 years of experience leading large-scale ERP and technology transformation programmes, with expertise in programme delivery, ERP strategy, enterprise architecture, governance, quality assurance and global roll-outs. They have completed multiple end-to-end SAP project life cycles, including 9 S/4HANA, and have led complex international initiatives across multiple industries, managing large budgets, extensive user communities and teams of over 400 people. Their approach is collaborative, analytical and delivery-focused, supported by strong planning, adaptability, emotional intelligence and mentoring capabilities.

They have extensive experience defining transformation roadmaps, establishing operating models, driving application modernisation and leading large-scale deployment and service delivery programmes. They are recognised for building high-performing teams, stakeholder management and delivering business value through technology-enabled change. Outside of work, they enjoy running, having completed 35 half marathons, as well as hiking, reading and continuous learning.
