The candidate brings over 25 years of SAP manufacturing experience, having delivered multiple end-to-end SAP programmes including greenfield implementations, carve-outs, rollouts, migrations and stabilisation initiatives. Their core expertise is SAP PP/PP-PI, manufacturing process design, production planning, MES integration, SAP QM and cross-functional manufacturing processes. They have extensive experience across FMCG, food and beverage, automotive, process and discrete manufacturing, packaging and industrial sectors, with proven S/4HANA programme experience.
The candidate is recognised for bridging business and technical teams, leading complex manufacturing transformations and delivering pragmatic, supportable solutions. They are calm, collaborative and delivery-focused, with strong stakeholder management, business analysis and problem-solving skills. Combining deep manufacturing domain knowledge with SAP expertise, they are particularly effective in senior process lead, advisory, business architecture and hypercare roles, helping organisations improve operational performance through practical SAP-enabled process design.
