They have delivered multiple full-cycle SAP HR Time and Payroll implementations, international payroll rollouts across 27+ countries, including on SAP S/4HANA. Their expertise spans SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SuccessFactors, with a strong focus on configuration, compliance, integration, data migration, and reporting. Their industry exposure includes energy, pharma, retail, manufacturing, IT, public sector, and higher education across 14 countries.
The candidate has payroll experience across 17 countries, with particular expertise in French and UK payroll gained through operations, configuration, project delivery and support. They are bilingual in English and French, with proven leadership, coordination, and change management capabilities. Their non-SAP skills cover ADP GlobalView, Workday, and Oracle HCM. With a global mindset and adaptable approach, the candidate is passionate about optimising Time and Payroll processes through digital transformation and HRIS best practices.
